ALAMO Rent A Car - Online Agreement
 
1. Alamo Rent a Car’s Obligations
Alamo undertakes during the term of this agreement:

1.1 Alamo Middle East rates are subject to change without notice

1.2 Alamo will always guarantee a vehicle from within the car group reserved. However Alamo does not guarantee the make or model of the vehicle. In the event that the car group reserved is unavailable at the time of rental, Alamo will provide, subject to availability, a vehicle of a higher category at the same rate as the vehicle category which was reserved.

1.3 The car make & model displayed in the online booking system, are the lead vehicles in their respective categories and are only indicative of the make and model that the customer will receive at the rental location.

2 RATES
2.1 Alamo will provide Rates (as per agreement) online in USD for prepaid reservation and Cash on Delivery (COD) for Paid on Arrival (POA) reservation in approximately 73 countries.
3 BOOKING PROCEDURES
3.1 Reservations can also be made by email/fax or phone with the Alamo Middle East Office in the event of an internet failure.

3.2 Alamo normally offers a 24hours free sale for groups A-D on manual vehicles. In the U.S. a 24 hours free sale is available from categories A-G. Free sale does not apply in Peak Periods and Sold Out dates.

3.3 Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All reservations modified and cancelled 72 hours Prior to Pick up shall not attract any charges.
  • No refund is possible on partly utilized rentals.
4 VOUCHER PROCEDURE – E-VOUCHER
4.1 Confirmed reservations will produce the Alamo e-Confirmation. Once the reservation is reconfirmed by you and payment is received, the Alamo e-Confirmation will arrive with the Alamo Confirmation Number. This e-Confirmation can be present at the rental location to collect the vehicle.
5 Refund/Return policy

6 FORCE MAJEEURE
6.1 If either party is affected by Force Majeure it shall immediately notify the other in writing of the matters constituting the Force Majeure and shall keep that party fully informed of their continuance and of any relevant change of circumstances whilst such Force Majeure continues

6.2 The party affected by Force Majeure shall take all reasonable steps available to it to minimise the effects of Force Majeure on the performance of its obligations under this agreement.
7 ALAMO TRADEMARKS AND LOGO
7.1 All rights to the Alamo Trade mark and intellectual property remain the property of PremierFirst Marketing Enterprises Middle East Ltd.
